As you get older in life, you start to focus on the things that make you happy and want more of them. For me, this is my wonderful family: my husband Jason, our children Abigail, India, Toby, Ewan, and Cole, and our beautiful grandson Oakley, oh and not forgetting Ernie, our very cute Old English Sheepdog!
Our latest adventure as a family has been building our own dream home, which we finished in December 2024, after a long and eventful five-year journey.
I have been very fortunate to enjoy an interesting and varied career in financial services since 1990. To me, the best feeling EVER is helping my customers with their own priorities and goals and celebrating when we achieve them! It literally gives me ‘goosebumps’ writing this and thinking about how many people we have helped and continue to help with my company, Lisa Parmley Mortgage Management.
My company idea was inspired mainly by the wonderful feedback I received from the clients I have been able to help and support whilst working for other Mortgage Companies. Their belief in me and my ability to offer a simple, uncomplicated service was the beginning of Lisa Parmley Mortgage Management. We receive constant feedback stating that “we go above and beyond” which has become our company mantra. We will never give up and will work hard to find a solution.
I am incredibly proud and delighted to have my daughter India with me from the very start of our journey. She studied diligently through lockdown whilst working full-time for the NHS to achieve her mortgage qualifications. She shares the same values and ethos as me and has become a very knowledgeable, confident Mortgage and Protection consultant, with a passion for helping First-Time Buyers understand the world of mortgages!

In June 2023 Hannah joined the LPMM team, Hannah has quickly become a favourite with our customers as nothing is too much trouble with her supporting in her Mortgage Experience & Client Care role.
The ‘icing on the cake’ is our wonderful office on the outskirts of Westbury. We have created a great workspace with plenty of room for our clients to park outside and catch up with us with a nice cup of tea or coffee always available and sometimes biscuits!
